When providing any financial advice to you, we will always make the full costs known and discuss in full the payment options open to you.
Nothing will ever be charged until we have discussed and agreed any charges.
Our preferred method of conducting business with clients is through the transparency of a fee, agreed in advance. This method removes, beyond any doubt, any possibility of commission bias affecting our advice.
We appreciate, however, that some clients may feel more comfortable with other approaches and are, therefore, prepared in some circumstances, to accept commission in lieu of the agreed fee or a hybrid combination of fees and commissions.
